I am on a mission to make health and happiness accessible to everyone. In this attempt, this book – Tracing the Roots of Health and Happiness – is my first book in a series of books aimed to help people achieve health and happiness.
We live in a world that is very different from that of our ancestors and our problems are entirely different from theirs. Our world is changing at an unprecedented rate and every day we have newer challenges preventing us from attaining health and happiness.
In my present book (and upcoming books), I will be talking about simple and effective ways to achieve health and happiness based on ancient wisdom and supported by science (whenever possible). Even this website offers useful resources regarding health and happiness. Support me in this mission by spreading the word.

The book has two parts - the first part talks about health, and the second, about happiness. In the first part you will find simple, effective and practical tips regarding digestion, nutrition, respiration, hydration, rest and relaxation, activity and exercise. You will also learn about an ideal routine to attain health and longevity. Suggestions about taking care of eyes, teeth, and skin are also included.
